How could I forget so many pictures??
Christmas Morning at our house, Christmas Day Evening at my parents,
and Present opening on Sunday with Mikes Family!! Yikes.

Here they are....enjoy!
Sydney likes the new bell toy Giada picked out for her.
Well we all have a little bed head going on! Mike and Giada's turned out nice.

Mine...not so much

Lets try over by the tree...NO better. I guess you get what you get from a 2 year old!

She's got this present opening thing down now
Each year Mike and I get her something without telling the other what it is, it's been pretty fun so far. She loves dressing up and loved playing with the capes at the Filices when we were visiting. So mine was a personalized cape set, with mask, gloves, cape and shirt. So far it's a hit!
Super Giada!
Mike got her a doll house. She loves it. The people are a great size for her to handle. And as you can see she tries to fit her big babies in there too! Guess she will figure it out.
Then it was off to my parents that evening. Ran and Bud got her a Trike!
What do you think....does it look like she likes it?
And Matt and Steph got her a trampoline. I can't believe how long she can jump on that thing!!
At the Coldani's Gina's dog Annie wanted in on this present opening.
I couldn't get any good pictures since every time I tried she wanted to walk up to the camera and show it what she had received. In this case a cow puppet.
And Nonni and Nonno got her a kid sized chair....so she had dolly test it out.

As for most of you as well, this past week/weekend was a busy one. Jamie and Zac stayed the night with us on Wednesday on their way to Sacramento. We had a fun day. Jamie has to eat at Butcher Shoppe which is fine by me. Then we were off to do some wine tasting at Abundance. Well not me of course, but Jamie and Zac had a nice time. Giada passed out on the way over there and had a good nap while we were there. We also had time to catch "The Fighter" - great movie, and dinner at Crush. What a great day! Always great to see you James!(and Zac)
We have a few good friends with December birthdays, so there was a little celebrating this week as well. The girls had a blast playing together while we were over visiting on Trent's Bday.Giada calls Peyton "pate" and they just followed each other around from room to room sharing beautifully. Which was nice for Bre and I to be able to catch up!

Both families in town is great, but at the holidays it can be a bit hectic. We go two places Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and then on Sunday also spent time with family. Everyone is so generous, and the food outstanding.

First stop Coldani Family Christmas Eve
Giada, Nonni, Aunt Patsy
Everyone enjoyed watching Giada open gifts. She is so serious until it's open. This one was a Mickey Mouse that dances and sings the TV show theme song.....boy do I have that stuck in my head now. Thanks Nonni :)
Then it was off to my dad's side for the Fuhrman family Christmas Eve
Joanne and her granddaughers
Katie, Jackie and Brian - The uncles gave poor Brian such a hard time,
he many never want to come back!

Cliff and Dawn
Aunt Kim and her sister Kathy
Steph, Matt, Giada- this is her new thing- hug you while the photo is taken....
As well as closing her eyes on purpose for the picture.
Thought we were over that one....apparently NOT!
The three of us were able to have a nice relaxing morning at home on
Christmas Day before heading around to our families.
Christmas Day at the Coldani's
Gina & I
Jeanne, Marchelle, Grandma Carol
Grandma Barbara
Cousin Rob & I
Christopherson Cousins - Cherry, Crystal, Patsy, Chad, Jeanne, Darwin
Giada opening some play desserts. I think she licked everyone to make sure it
was pretend. She didn't believe us. :)
Giada was singing away to "Frosty Snowman" "Ho Ho Merry Christmas" & "Shiny Nose"
Last night in the bath she had no idea these bubbles were on her head- it was funny.

Hard to believe she will be 2 in January!
-Her new saying "What the heck" while throwing her arms up
-STILL working on the sleeping but making progress. She seems to like the twin bed better than the toddler bed.
- Putting words into small sentences.
- Last two teeth on the top are poking out and should be in soon
-Good eater - will eat most of what is put in front of her.
-Hair is getting SO long! Still curly at the ends, and around her face.
- One eye still no color on the lashes

That's probably the 2 questions I get the most. Do you think her eyelashes will get color......well how would I know??? And the other is .....do you curl her hair....umm no, have you seen my daughter??? She doesn't sit still for that to ever happen, I'd end up burning her and myself for sure!

Holiday Dinner, G Holiday Pics, Children's Museum,Portland Wedding, Santa #2

I forgot to post these from a holiday dinner a few weeks back. Great to catch up with everyone and have a nice dinner before the holidays start getting hectic. Thanks Bre for organizing!!

As always I like to support some of my favorite local photographers. Stephanie Moe had her mini session this time around as a "Trim the tree" session. So she came to our house and took pics as Giada was putting up ornaments - fun!
Milk and Cookies anyone??
We also took holiday pics with Bre at BW Photography. Giada was in a great mood that morning, always helpful for the picture taking!

Nicole and I decided to take the kids to the Children's Museum in Stkn last week. Unsure of how a place in Downtown Stkn would be Id say we had our expectations pretty low. BUT we were so happy to find that its a great place. They do a great job of integrating Stockton, the Delta, etc into the learning all throughout the museum, definitely a place to go back to!

Next stop- Portland, Oregon for my cousin Steph's wedding. My mom, Giada and I headed up there this past weekend. It was a little chilly, and rainy but we had a great time! Giada managed to get lots of free rides!

On the luggage cart

From Uncle Pete...
Uncle Chris..

Hotels are always fun for kids. She made many phone calls on this phone to Matt, Pops, Auntie & Nonni!
On the way home we got an extra seat- whoo hoo....that window shade must have gone up and down 50 times! Giada did pretty well on the plane flight. Sleeping almost the whole way both directions. On the way there she woke up crying about her ears so the last 15 min or so were a little touch and go, but the flight home she slept the whole way! Yeah for us!
The wedding was a great time to catch up with family. Steph did a great job, everything was very nice, food delicious and jazz band so fun! Giada danced up a storm all night!

Hugs for Nana

7 of the 8 siblings, just missing Ran who couldn't make the trip.
Cousins! (Not nearly all of us...but the ones who were there! We are a big group!!)
Midnight Serenaders were awesome

And the groom joined in for a couple songs which was nice, since a lot of the family hadn't heard him play before. We were all impressed. He was great!

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Oliver
Santa was at the airport and who knew....this week she would love him. She took pictures with him at both airports, and didn't want to leave his side. She will tell you he says ho ho ho merry Christmas, and that he gives you candy- lol
